Before the training started there were a lot of questions about my health, physical statement and of course the goals to achieve with the training. She managed to help me realise my goals by inventing a huge amount of different exercices which are very effective.

My new goals after the obstacle courses were to do a proper push up and pull up. This is something I have always wanted to be able to do as a girl. After a couple of months working my way towards these goals with the support and guidance of Anna, I was able to do them slowly but surely. I am so excited!!

I feel very lucky that I found Ania as PT. She chooses the exercises just heavy enough to push me, but with a sharp eye and creativity, so I don’t get injured. Her food advice was surprising: actually I loose weight by eating more!
What I have gained in strength and fitness in a couple of months, I would never have achieved on my own with a running schedule or in an ordinary gym. Training with Ania and her sence of humour is also fun, so I never have to motivate myself to go!”[/ultimate_heading]
We started easy and with recognizable exercises where it was always well explained by Ania how they contribute to recovery of the knee. After a lesson I knew it was a constructive training; tailored to what I personally can and can’t do.
My goals were to move, play sports and go on wintersport without pain again and thanks to one on one training with Ania I achieved these goals. Even running goes without pain!
