Christmas time is over, New Year’s eve behind us. Time to start a healthy, happy and active 2018! This is why Your Fitness Coach prepared an 8 weeks challenge for you where you’re going to get back on track and work for the healthier, happier and even more active version of yourself.
What is the 8 weeks challenge?
For 8 weeks long you’re are going to fill in the app which we will evaluate weekly. You’re also going to train at least 3 times a week. This can be our personal training, extra run, row, home workout or anything else that will make you sweat!
What’s the goal?
The goal is to lose as many centimeters (body fat) as possible in 8 weeks. During those 8 weeks I’m going to measure the circumference around your waist, navel, hips and arm. The biggest loser (the person that will lose the most centimeters) wins the challenge and gets a prize. The winner will also be announced on the website and social media.
